David Coleman

David Coleman is an American professional poker player from Livingston, New Jersey. As of September 2024, Coleman has $7.1 million in live poker tournament cashes.

Coleman's first recorded live score came in September 2015 in a $300 buy-in tournament in Atlantic City. These days, Coleman is usually found playing in high-stakes events worldwide.

Coleman enjoyed a breakout year in 2021. He won $67,921 online at partypoker before finishing third in a $25,000 PokerGO Tour event in Las Vegas for $144,000, his first six-figure prize. Two days later, he finished second in a $50,000 buy-in PokerGO Tour event for a new career-high $455,000.

Later in 2021, Coleman banked $364,000 and $272,000 in a pair of $50,000 buy-in Super High Rollers.

It was, by Coleman's lofty standards, a relatively quiet 2022 and 2023, although he ended the latter strongly. Coleman finished third in the $1,650 PokerStars NAPT Las Vegas Main Event for $120,130 in November, then third in a $1,600 No-Limit Hold'em event at Wynn Las Vegas for an additional $255,796.

Coleman started 2024 like a house on fire, winning four high-stakes events in Las Vegas in January for a combined $612,339. In March, Coleman finished second in a $50,000 Turbo Bounty event at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in Jeju for a career-best $642,900.

He then won a $10,000 event in Las Vegas for $202,300 in April, and reached two final tables at the 2024 World Series of Poker in June.

His victory in the $25,000 NLHE WPT Alpha8 Trifecta Event #3 in July earned Coleman $730,300, a new high score.

In September, Coleman finished fifth in the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona Main Event for �398,950 ($440,770).
