One of the early casualties, short of the money, was Giovanni Rizzo who lost a flip for his last 10 big blinds with against as an ace on the flop ended his tournament.
Chris Davis was the unlucky bubble boy, and it was a very unlucky exit, as he flopped a full house and got the money in versus an opponent who held trips but made the better full house on the river.
It took just over two hours to reach the bubble and the pace of eliminations hardly slowed down until they reached the final table of nine around 11 p.m on Sunday when it slowed down considerably.
