Only 11 players remain from a field of 476 entrants going into the final day of the 888poker LIVE Barcelona �888 Main Event here at Casino Barcelona. All remaining players have locked up at least �4,500 and have the shared goal of claiming the trophy and top prize of �75,000.
Josep Valls leads the field with 4,590,000 after picking up queens to score a pivotal double knockout in the later levels of Day 2. Not far behind him is Gonzalo Mencia with 4,525,000 while Jose Criado rounds out the top three with 3,760,000. Those three are far ahead of the rest of the field with all other competitors having less than 2,000,000 in chips.
