Gill Represents the USA

Following the events of ��Black Friday�� last year, a lot of Americans were forced to relocate in order to continue playing online poker. That concept suited American Carter Gill to a tee as he was more than happy to float around Asia and enjoy, shall we say, the ��perks�� of the relatively cheap Asian lifestyle.
It also means that Gill is one of the few Americans in today��s field and we just caught him rake in a nice pot to increase his stack. We arrived on the river with the board reading

After a few moments of posturing, Gill flicked out two yellow chips to signal a raise to 10,000. The small blind thought briefly before conceding the pot.
