Obrestad was racing for her tournament life when her was up against the of Krost.
The flop came down and the door closed a little more on Obrestad. Krost picked up a set of sevens, but Obrestad wasn't fully dead yet, she did have a straight draw now.
The turn card brought the and kept Krost in front. Obrestad's cheering section began chanting, "Ten! Ten! Ten! Ten!" over and over.
The river card wouldn't bring it to them or to Annette after the hit the felt. Obrestad gave a hug to her Betfair teammate Sorel Mizzi and shook the hands of the other competitors before exiting to the rail. She took home $175,000 AUD for her efforts. She topped her performance from last year where she came in 21st place — an amazing run in back-to-back years.
