Ferro Falls in a Flurry of Eliminations

After no eliminations for over an hour, three have come in quick succession, highlighted by the elimination of Jacob Ferro.
After Toby Boas opened to 20,000 in early position, John Bellotte three-bet to 60,000 in the hijack and Ferro ripped 250,000 from the cutoff.
Boas folded, but Pellotte called.

Ferro was racing for his tournament life, and the flop didn't help, giving Pellotte top pair. The
brought hope with a flush draw, but the
river finished off Ferro and sent a big pot to Pellotte.
Meanwhile, Mark Goulding limp-jammed from the small blind for about 160,000 into Michael Frierson's
in the big blind and got no help from the board to send him to the rail as well.
Finally, across the room Derek Sacoff was also gathering his belongings as he was eliminated next, bringing the field one elimination away from the three-table redraw.
