Three players went to the A?K?4? flop, and Davidi Kitai checked from the big blind to Artsiom Lasouski who fired 1,800 from under the gun. Maria Konnikova was on the button and put in a raise to 6,000, forcing Kitai out of the pot and Lasouski made the call.

The J? fell on the turn and Lasouski checked to Konnikova as she continued for 15,000. Lasouski only took a couple of seconds before jamming for roughly 17,000 and Konnikova snap-called.

An A? on the turn sunk Alvarez as he was drawing to just one out, but left Bastida delighted as he was freerolling for the main pot.
