Mhiri Calls Down Gualano Light
Level 14
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Benjamin Spragg opened the action with a raise to 6,500 from middle position and Chakib Mhiri called in the hijack. Paolo Gualano called from the small blind, then Przemyslaw Cebrat three-bet to 33,000 out of the big blind. Spragg folded, but Mhiri and Gualano came along.
The flop fell 9?Q?4? which all three checked to the 9? turn. Gualano led out for 30,500, Cebrat folded, and Mhiri called.
A 6? dropped on the river and Gualano made another bet, this time for 36,500. Mhiri was thinking for around a minute and ultimately decided on a call.
Gualano showed K?10? for a busted straight draw, and Mhiri's 5?5? were good for the pot.
