Action folded around to the blinds, where Martin Tsvetanov raised to 950,000 from the small blind and Gerald Karlic called from the big blind.
Both players checked on the 10?3?8? flop and then Tsvetanov check-called a 750,000 bet from Karlic on the 2? turn.
Tsvetanov checked a final time on the 2? river and Karlic put 3,200,000 into the middle. Tsvetanov tanked for a while, but eventually decided to look Karlic up.
Karlic tabled A?K? for a king-high flush and Tsvetanov sent his hand into the muck.
Gerald Karlic opened to 600,000 from early position, and short-stack Manuel Roca three-bet jammed for 2,125,000. Action folded back to Karlic, who made the quick call.
Manuel Roca: 6?6?
Gerald Karlic: Q?10?
Roca was ahead in a race but the queen was in the window on the K?Q?3? flop, and the 10? turn improved Karlic to two pair. Roca couldn't find a two-outer on the river, and he wished the table well as he departed.
Alexantr Spatharis opened to 650,000 on the button and Jack Sinclair defended his big blind.
Both players checked on the Q?8?5? flop and Sinclair checked again on the 7? turn. Spatharis bet 600,000 and Sinclair responded with a check-raise to 2,200,000. Spatharis called.
The 3? completed the board and both players checked.
Sinclair tabled K?6? for a baby flush and Spatharis showed he held a Qx before sending his hand into the muck.
Cards are in the air here on the final day of the €1,100 Eureka Main Event, stay tuned to PokerNews for all your coverage of what is sure to be a thrilling day of poker.
A record-breaking Eureka Main Event has nearly reached its conclusion here at the 2024 European Poker Tour Prague inside Hilton Prague, as just 14 players of the original 4,732 entries will return for Day 4 to play down to a winner. In addition to the title of Main Event Champion, they will be competing for the €517,730 first-place prize, which represents the bulk of the €4,542,720 prize pool.
Leading the way is Bulgaria's own Martin Tsvetanov, who was on the brink of elimination last night after getting into massive flip against Jack Sinclair near the end of the day. However, fate was on Tsvetanov's side and he instead scored a double-up that vaulted him into the chip lead en route to bagging up 28,650,000. A place at the final table would secure his best live-tournament cash, currently at $47,367.
Despite the large hit to his stack, Sinclair still managed to end fourth in chips with 13,900,000. Sinclair is arguably the most-accomplished player remaining, with over $5,000,000 in live-tournament earnings, which includes winning the WSOPE Main Event in 2018. It also appears likely Sinclair will get another chance at navigating a Eureka Main Event final table, having placed fourth in the event in 2022.
