Welcome to the special edition of the GGMasters. At 5 p.m. UTC, Event #56: $1,500 GGMasters WSOP Edition [High Roller] is set to start and is sure to attract many players to its $2,500,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Many familiar names ave already registered before the start of the day. GGPoker pros Pete Chen, Kosei Ichinose, Thai Ha, Felipe Ramos, Daniel Negreanu, and Sergey Rybachenko are in. Other notable players include Brad Owen, Martin Zamani, Shawn Buchanan, Dominik Nitsche, Antoine Saout, Julien Martini, Manig Loeser, Mike Watson, and Alex Foxen for example.
As this is the high roller version of Event #57, it follows the same structure and set up as the usual GG Masters but the winner will walk away with a WSOP Europe package. However, the event will not award any points for the players chasing the top spots in the GGMasters Leaderboard.
The players will get 10,000 in chips in their starting stack and play 15-minute levels until Level 15. that is when the level duration will increase to 20 minutes each until the winner has been crowned. Late registration is possible for the first 210 minutes of the tournament and players can only enter once as it's a freezeout format. As usual, a 6-minute break will take place at 55 minutes past each hour and play will continue until there is one player left.

With over 800 players in the field, the tournament has just kicked off.
"Sadhu_Buddha" raised to 110 from the button and David "BKBroker" Fernandez three-bet to 310 from the small blind. The big blind folded for "Sadhu_Buddha" to four-bet to 1,020. Fernandez five-bet to 3,150 and "Sadhu_Buddha" six-bet shoved for 9,995 in total which Fernandez called.

"moskal" raised to 110 from the middle position and Ognyan "fizoka" Dimov three-bet to 362 which was called by "DeepTas9" in the big blind and "moskal" too.
The flop came , it was checked to Dimov who bet 626. "DeepTas9" check-raised to 2,450 and "moskal" responded with a shove for 10,380 which Dimov called for the 8,532 he had left. "DeepTas9" called too with a slightly bigger stack.

"moskal" had flopped a straight, "DeepTas9" held a set of fives while Dimov had a pair of eights and the flush draw.
The turn was the which didn't change things but the on the river gave Dimov the flush to triple up while "moskal" doubled up for the remainder of their stack. "DeepTas9" was left with 3 chips and lost those shortly after while "moskal" lost the rest later too.

Fernando "fapk" Karam raised to 160 from the middle position and was called by Roman "ImSiberian" Matveychuk in the middle position. Robin "Kabuzzi" Berggren three-bet to 658,000 from the cutoff and was called by both Karam and Matveychuk.
The flop came , it was checked to Berggren who bet 753 and Karam was the only one to check-call.
The turn was the , Karam check-raised the 2,108 bet of Berggren to 6,048. Berggren reraised to put Karam all-in who made the call for the 2,301 they had left with for two pair. Berggren held for the set of queens which meant that Karam was drawing dead.
The river completed the board with the as a formality to send Berggren towards the top of the counts.
