Kerim Gets Thin Value

Level 7
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

After an option from Alper Kerim in early position, he made it 1,600 to go and got a call from the next player to act,
Bruno Fitoussi. It then folded to the big blind of the recent second place finisher in Event #1: The Open, Alessio Isaia, who also called.
To a flop, a 1,800 chip continuation bet was made by Kerim into a board, Fitoussi folded and Isaia made the call.
Both players checked the turn to send them to a
river. Once again Isaia checked and Kerim bet 1,200 chips which the Italian quickly called.
Kerim's was good enough to ship the pot, moving him up over the 6-figure mark, double starting stack.
