Perkins Picks Up a Pot

From under the gun, the 2001 World Series of Poker Main Event champion Carlos Mortensen raised to 4,000. He found two callers in Bill Perkins and Josh Bergman. Perkins had called from middle position and Bergman in the cutoff seat.
The three players saw the flop come down and Mortensen checked. Perkins bet 7,500 and Bergman folded his hand. Mortensen also folded and Perkins won the pot.
