Talbot Bets, Spragg Checks

Parker Talbot raised to 1,800 and Maria Konnikova called before Benjamin Spragg came along from the button. The small blind got out of the way and a player in the big blind called to make it a four-handed pot.

and the big blind checked. Talbot fired 5,200 and Konnikova folded before Spragg called. The big blind bowed out and the turn was

Talbot bet 6,000 and Spragg went into the tank for a few moments.
"Check," Spragg said.
Talbot and the others looked at one another.
"What?" Talbot asked. "I bet!"
"I guess it would be very difficult to check," Spragg replied before he eventually folded the pot to Talbot.
