Li Wins Three-way
With the tournaments two current big stacks C USAs Benjamin Hamnett and Chinas Jun Wang on the same table C this is where all the chips are at present. Weve already seen Wang throwing around some beefy p three-bets to take down several pots uncontested pre-flop but are not sure how Hamnett has got all of his chips.
We were lurking near their table hoping to discover some of Mr. Hamnetts trade secrets but got an interesting three-way hand between Chinas Yang Huanhuan and Shenyu Li and Indias Bobbie Suri.
Pre-flop it was Li who was the initial aggressor, popping the action up to 1,000 from middle position, with Suri making the call from the next seat over. Li, sitting in the h-jack, re-raised to 2,500 in total, but this did not have the required effect of thinning the field as both Li and Suri made the call.
It went three-way to a flop of and both Li and Suri checked it over to Huanhuan, who fired for another 3,000, leaving himself 21,100 behind. Both Li and Suri have Huanhuan covered and both called once again to keep the action three-handed as the landed on the turn, completing a possible club flush.
Li and Suri checked again, and Huanhuan did not look too thrilled about that turn card and checked it right back. The the floated in on the river and
that was it for the betting in the hand with all three players checking.
Li turned over for two pair C aces and kings C and both Suri and Huanhuan mucked leaving Li to sweep in a decent pot.
