Day 2 of the $370 Opening Flight is finally upon us. After five grueling and exciting opening flights of play that drew an astounding 1,952 entries only 154 players return to action today at 12 p.m.
A winner will be crowned on Day 2 and the winner’s reward will be $94,203 once the dust settles which will likely be late into the morning. The first few players to be eliminated on Day 2 will receive $806 and the payouts go up steadily from there.
Curtis Ehrgott leads the returning hopefuls with 1,402,000 in chips and he will be looking to continue his run of eliminating players that he ended with on Day 1. Maxwell Schrack is on his heels with 1,329,000 in chips. Richie Smith (1,308,500), Columbus Randolph Jr (1,123,000) and Ian Mason (807,500) round out the top 5 chip stacks.

Play will begin with 11 minutes left in Level 20 with blinds at 6,000-12,000 and with a 2,000 ante. All levels on Day 2 are 45 minutes in length until the final table when the level length is stretched to 60 minutes.
