Multiple satellite qualifier Julie Billiteri is finding her footing on her second bullet here today, and is above starting for the first time heading into the next break.
She was recently heads-up with Jeffery Hobrecker on a 
board with about 19,000 in the middle already, when Hobrecker checked.
Billiteri fired out 12,000 and Hobrecker made the call. The river was the
