The final day of the $3,250 High Roller in Horseshoe Baltimore is now upon us, with six players returning from Day 1 and surely a few more will be joining the party as the late registration period is still open until the start of play at 2 p.m. local time.
Coming into the final day as the chipleader is An "Shamoo" Huang who found max value on a Day 1 that saw the cards go in his favor. Huang is relatively new to tournament poker but showed no sign of inexperience during the first day of play, battling with some of the best en route to finishing the day with 317,500 and an overwhelming chip lead.
One player coming into the final day with an abundant amount of experience is Justin Liberto with a stack of 94,500. Liberto may not be coming into the final day with a monster stack but he does have a background blossomed with cashes that accumulate to over $3.5 million in tournament earnings and is hands-down the most experienced to started Day 2 of the high roller.
The other remaining players to find a bag are Jonathan Gilliam (224,000), Matt Stabia (154,000), Ryan Van Sanford (55,500), and Lara Eisenberg (34,500).
Play will restart on level 13 with blinds of 1,000/2,000 and a 2,000 big blind ante. Levels are 40-minutes in length and there will be a 15-minute break after every three levels. The tournament will not end until a winner is crowned and somone has taken home a shiny new WSOP Circuit ring.
