Antonio Esfandiari
We picked up the action on the river in this one. With the board showing and the pot approximately 50,000, our current chip leader Antonio Esfandiari pushed out a gawdy-looking stack of 220,000, plenty more than needed to put his lone opponent, Annie Duke, all in, should she choose to commit her last 75,000.
Duke deliberated for some time, then finally made the call. Esfandiari quickly flipped over his for trip treys, and Duke mucked. Adding insult to injury, the dealer momentarily exposed Duke's hand (with which she was less than pleased).
Duke is out, and Esfandiari has now pushed his stack up to 470,000.
