Both drew one and they checked the betting round.
They peeled one again.
"Hit me, dealer!" Katz said.
Tran bet and started talking.
"Oh, bet and another speech, I'm dead," Katz said.
Then he looked down at his new card, thought for a moment, and called.
"Pair," Tran said, showing a pair of fours. Katz rolled over a pair of deuces and raked in the pot.
