Nazar Buhaiov in the cutoff open jammed for 3,325,000. Julien Sitbon in the small blind put in a raise to isolate the shove and the hand went to showdown.
Nazar Buhaiov: A?J?
Julien Sitbon: 7?7?
The board ran out 6?Q?10?8?K?, giving Buhaiov a flush and ensuring him the double up.
Phachara Wongwichit declared all in preflop and was called by Barak Wisbrod, who covered.
Phachara Wongwichit: Q?Q?
Barak Wisbrod: A?Q?
Wongwichit was the favorite when the chips went in but a cruel flop of A?5?A? left him drawing dead. The board ran out 5?Q? and he was sent to the payout desk.
It was the biggest pot of the tournament so far, catapulting Wisbrod into the chip lead.
Shon Aroeti limped in from the small blind and Dario Sammartino checked his option in the big.
On a flop of 10?8?J?, Aroeti took the lead for 275,000 and Sammartino called.
The turned 3? saw a repeat of the action, this time Aroeti betting 750,000.
The 2? on the river saw Aroeti shove all in for approximately 3,200,000. Sammartino thought on his decision for some time before finally deciding to fold.
