The 8? turn saw Geilich check for a second time. Lapido, unwilling to slow down, pushed a hefty 1,200,000 into the middle. As on the previous street, Geilich committed calling chips.
Both players checked once the 8? river completed the board with Geilich turning over 10?10?. It was no good, however, as Lapido held 6?6? for the flopped boat to take down a sizable pot.
