From the 1,100 buy-in, 700 goes into the regular prize pool, while 300 goes towards bounty prizes. The spoils of knocking out another player only become available when Day 2 gets underway tomorrow. So players must maneuver their way to a bag by the end of today if they want to have a shot at pulling a prize tomorrow.
In 2023, the bounties started from 300 and went all the way up to a staggering 30,000, of which three were on offer. Otto Lemke, Ercan Atmaca, and runner-up Rajkovic were the fortunate trio to claim those top bounties.
Players will start with 30,000 chips, with blinds beginning at 100/100 and a 100 big blind ante. Late registration closes at the end of Level 12, and Day 1 will play through as many 40-minute levels as needed until 20% of the field remains. After this, the surviving players will bag up their chips and return for Day 2 on Wednesday, October 2. Breaks will occur every three levels, with a dinner break planned at the end of Level 6, subject to change.
