This was a battle of the blinds and Jeff Madsen was in the big blind and had just raised his opponent's bet of 140,000 on the river to 325,000. The small blind went into the think tank for awhile and finally folded.

He queried Madsen, "Did you have 4-2 of diamonds"?

Madsen replied, "I don't know what I had, I blacked out during the hand".

Madsen raked in a very sizeable pot.

With a pot of 130,000 in the middle, three players looked as a board of A?4?A?K?7? on the river after action had fully checked around on the turn.

From the big blind, Petar Kalev fired 87,000. Sean Ragozzini folded quickly from early position. Action was then on Davidi Kitai on the button.

Kitai went into a deep tank. After a few minutes, the clock was called. The countdown was given and it hit zero before Kitai acted soo his hand was declared dead.

Shane Klasnimi moved all in from under the gun which sent the hijack into the tank. After around 3 minutes, the hijack also moved all in and Klasnimi just covered his stack. Kunal Patni was in the cutoff with one 5,000 chip and flicked it into the pot to call, and the blinds folded.

Shane Klasnimi: 6?6?

The 5?3?8? flop didn't change too much for any player and Klasnimi was still ahead with his pocket sixes.

The 9? turn brought in a gutshot straight draw for Patni and Klasnimi.

The dealer placed the 7? river, to bring in the straight for Klasnimi, and Patni and the hijack were eliminated with around 250 players remaining in the tournament.

In a hand that went well into the break, Scott Blumstein limped the cutoff. David Jackson raised to 59,000 from the button, which folded out the blinds and Blumstein called.

The flop came J?4?2?. Jackson continued for 119,000 which Blumstein called.

The turn was the 7?. Jackson cut out a bet of 125,000 after several moments of waiting, Blumstein called.

The river was the 3?. Jackson jammed all in and Blumstein sighed to think it over. But he called after just a few moments and would see the bad news as Jackson tabled the A?Q? for the nut flush to collect the massive pot.
